Having deployed James on a SUSE Linux server and run into just this
problem, my first guess would be that postfix is already running. To
fix it, you should simply be able to run
/etc/init.d/postfix stop
as root. However, it will start up again the next time you reboot,
so you will need to be sure to remove it from all startup routines (I
haven't gotten around to doing that part yet, as it's not yet
critical, so I'm afraid I can't give details on how to do so...).
