Why go through all that trouble? Just get a real hosting provider for your James server.
These folks are really good, experts at Linux and have recently added Windows to there service offerings. http://BestWebHostEver.homelinux.com "Root is everything" I'm running a Linux VPS from them and have found them to be top notch. Initial provisioning, reinstalls, reboots, etc. all automated (Linux only for now, I'm sure they are heading there with their Windows offerings too). And because they have their own block of IP addresses they are able to provide ability for you to have an appropriate reverse PTR record for you mail server. Some ISP's will not accept email from MTA's/MX's that do not have a matching reverse PTR record.
