Glad to hear 3.0M1 is running fine :)
There is some ongoing efforts for web app management from contributors
such as
http://github.com/emacadie/James-Admin-Web-App
http://jamesconsole.sourceforge.net/
On my side, I currently use http://www.jmanage.org/ to access the expose
JMX interfaces.
JManage provides screens such as
http://james.apache.org/server/3/images/jmx_management/jmx-domainlist.png
You have to simply need to add in jmanage a JRS160 Application with
url=service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://localhost:9999/jmxrmi, username=root,
password=root (you can change the username/pwd in the
./conf/jmx.password file.
We still need to document it on the web site.
