Hi Bing,

sure you can do it via native sql. But the "right" solution is to use
jmx. Just login to your james instance via a jmx client (like
jconsole), the click on:
org.apache.james , mailboxmanagement, operations

Here are operations exposed which let you delete  a mailbox for a user..
