My original recommendation for a free .PDF converter no longer works properly - some marketing genius decided to superimpose a "Buy Now" sticker on the output document thereby rendering it totally useless. The good news is that if you want a free .PDF converter I can recommend CutePDF (sickly name, but good, workmanlike product). You can find it at:
