I really enjoyed your article, JP.  The timing of this was perfect, coming on the heels of Ron's Mechanical Turk ZapFlash.  The mention of including human-based services as part of the enterprise SOA was something I hadn't seen before, but makes perfect sense.  Now for something is truly a scary thought, image what our service descriptions would look like in WSDL...
