If it's really a RESTful API, then it's already standardized because
it reuses HTTP and URIs (*). Perhaps the data format for the Systinet
API isn't standard though, I don't know.
(*) in fact, REST includes a self-descriptive messaging constraint
(unlike SOA), which means that every aspect of a message is
standardized.
