That was a great response, Anne. Now a far simpler question... are there any resources/books/etc. that you (or anyone else) would recommend for increasing knowledge on Zachman and the other EA frameworks you mentioned? I've read "An Introduction to Enterprise Architecture" by Scott A. Bernard with has EA3 (cubed) framework, which had a brief overview of some of them, but that was it.
