There are a lot of interesting words, phrases and paragraphs in this JSR. 
However, there isn't a lot of useful, new ideas about how to solve problems. 
Instead there is the suggestion that we should repackage existing capabilities 
of programming languages into something with a new name.

This story has been told before has it not?
