Yup.  It's well written, concise, has nice diagrams (hi Frank), but in
the end it just doesn't provide much in the way of concrete advice.

Would somebody *please* just describe the architectural constraints
already?  Yes, I know that would enable us to say "No, that isn't
SOA", but that's the point, isn't it?
