You can look for WS-Policy, WS-agreement that is currently being standardized,
WS-security specification, WS-security Policy specification, Web Services
Endpoint Language (WSEL) , Web Services Flow Language (WSFL),
XLANG language, part of the .Net and Business Process Markup,(BPMI).
