OO was supposed to. EAI addressed this as well. Randive, the TIBO 
founder, focused on this in his "The Power of Now" book years ago.

+1. This is a key point. I've seen articles touting that the business 
should know more about IT. I always contend it is the reverse. IT 
must know about the business. Sure, an IT savvy business is better 
than one that is not, but IT needs to know the business.
