At least Anne, Nick, Andrew, their posts, this thread and the  
numerous REST vs. whatever debates on this list all have their own  
URLs and I can do a HTTP GET on all of them -- otherwise that would  
definitely be a lot of WS-Addressing Endpoint References and custom  
WSDLs :-)
