I "call bikeshed <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Color_of_the_bikeshed>" on the thread discussing if WOA is the right name, or a needed name, etc. Please, lets just discuss the technical issues behind the names. You'll find those technical issues in sources like Roy Fielding's thesis, the W3C's Architecture of the WWW, Volume One, the book RESTful Web Services, and the discussions that take place in the REST Yahoo Group as well as the W3C TAG mailing list.
