Right you are, but it's not only the MTTR that's the problem. Users 
want somebody who can take the responsibility when something fails. 
If a system fails and I'm using IBM or SAP, people are more prone to 
be lenient that when it fails using Salesforce. I think this 
mentally is just a matter of time though.
