It's a free download. An initial peruse of the book was interesting. It'll be fun to discuss the different points of view. I'm particularly interested in the perspectives of the participants of this forum on how well this book covers the topics. And whether you agree or disagree with the many tenets presented. I would be very appreciative of an in- depth discussion on the aspects of Chapter 2, "Designing Services." Jeff Schneider, a group regular, is an author of one of the chapters. Although he's never been very chatty (unlike some of us!), perhaps we now know why we haven't heard from him in a while? ;-) -Rob
