I'm pretty sure that they feel that exchanging your email is the 
price for getting the book for free. 

The book was primarily written by some of the other authors (Hub, 
David, Paul, Luc, etc.) - they get the real credit. 

Mostly I've been quiet because I've been thinking about why SOA is 
failing in so many organizations - and perhaps more importantly - 
what to do about it... I have some of my own ideas that I'll be 
posting...
