well I spoke with Michael by email about this issue several days ago IMHO there are different people and different companies with different styles. To me providing and using services is one of many possible styles and may not fit in all cases. In some cases it may be like attempt for dictatorship
In other words it's better if the users are free to select their style, way of thinking and way of working. Consultants may teach them about possible approaches but the users have the right for final decision. There are similar ideas in dictatorship and democracy - it's better if the people are free. This is the alignment to the way of thinking that I mentioned some time ago.
