Ok, I'll write a simple summary of what's I'm doing in my diary page.
Before then, a simple summary.
The gist is to create a BA modeling guidelines based on IT because IT
is a constraint on BA models.
Projects fails because people doing BA modeling keep forgetting that
the purpose of their tasks is to create a model that can be realized
and executable. A ROI is not from designing nifty BA models, but from
actualization and execution.
Now people may be wondering where the business aspect comes in. The
point is to create a BA models within the confine of IT constraints
dictated by the guideline. We should be focusing on the business
aspects within the IT constraints. And no, business people without
technical expertise should not be writing modeling guidelines because
they do not what can and cannot be technically created. :)

Will post my link to my diary page when I write it up.
