Rob,

   I believe the Cloud implies a public connection, whereas EDS and other 
outsourced providers in the past would have used direct connections.  This one 
change can certainly introduce a greater risk of breach.  Other than that, I 
liked my answer to this one, so did Jack.  The ability to overcome "management 
by magazine" needs to be combated with FUD.
