Amen! It's why I said earlier, quite ironically, that for businesses to start thinking in terms of business is such a bizarre concept. It's really isn't, and really shouldn't be. Personally, I think a lot of businesses as they grow forget why they are in business to begin with and focus only on the "making money and staying afloat" part of it. Growth isn't about making more money; it's about becoming more people, too, and that is part of being in business.
