Not really. Just look at section 15.2 of the latest BPMN 2.0 draft (e.g. sec. 15.2.3 - Interleaved Loops) where the translation issues are discussed. Also, why do you think Active Endpoints had to extend the BPEL spec to handle the BPMN 2.0 translation issues in its ActiveVOS? Regarding what IBM and Oracle are doing in this area, IBM still has a limited implementation of BPMN 2.0 (even in its latest WebSphere Business Modeler 7.0, released just a couple of days ago), and Oracle's latest BPA 11g does not yet support BPMN 2.0 as far as I know. So I would not look at those vendors for insights into the BPMN 2.0 / BPEL translation issues. Ugo
