Keith, Joe Darcy said that the current way to represent tm in HTML is to use ™ instead of #8482. Can you do that?

I tried that initially, but it didn't work in this case. The parser complained of an undeclared ENTITY (trade). I tried adding an ENTITY declaration to the schema at the head of the XML file but it did not work. If someone knows how to make this work let me know, but I couldn't figure it out so I went Plan B which looked equivalent.
