Chapter 5 ("Loading, Linking, and Initializing") of the JVM Spec lives
in ConstantPool.fm, hence the confusing HTML filename. All this kind of
legacy cruft will go away when the JVMS moves to DocBook later in 2011.

I agree. Looks like the original URL was in error (ie the name of the
file doesn't match its contents).
