I don't know actually what was wrong but it seems to be related to Maven2 and my usage/misuse of the m2 repository. After dropping my part of the m2 repository the built of the jbi.xml file worked fine. I also had to rebuilt 'servicemix-eip' project but then I could deploy it successfully.
