That doesn't work. Putting in lib/jws.jar or jre/lib/i18n.jar or jre/lib/rt.jar
doesn't work, too. I checked it on two systems: Win95 and WinNT4.0. The effect is the
same: JWS cannot find the resource classes. Other classes, not resource, are
well-readed from classes directory.
