Assuming you are reading them with something like:
getClass().getResourceAsStream("/mystuff.properties")
you would put them in root directory for your servlets. On JWS this would
be:
"JWS_HOME/servlets"
The " / " could be anything and the resource file would go in the
corresponding place, so for "/myservlet.mystuff.properties" put it in
"JWS_HOME/servlets/myservlet".
