I'd cut off my left pinky before giving up my copy of VisualSlick edit.
Over the years, it has saved my life many times; in addition to using it
for programming, I use it extensively for manipulating text files that
would otherwise require programming.  User's watch me whip up keystroke
macros, and they think I am some kind of...god 8-)
