Hi,
I don't wish to sound critical, but from the postings I've seen, and
personal experience I think the popularity of Jserv could be increased
by organising the documentation for us morons - I can see all the
relevant information is there (I have had Jserv running), but it's easy
to forget something (on another installation I've got myself in knots
over permissions). A step-by-step tree, with branches for different
platforms would be nice.
Regarding support for new versions etc. - given that it is a volunteer
effort, I think the progress is great (compares very well with M$
releases, which can be relied on to be late and buggy). Keep up the good
work!
Cheers,
Danny.
