I had similar problems with an identical configuration. I don't think the
Apache source was provided/installed with the RH5.2 install I did. I just
downloaded the latest Apache source (different version than the one that
came with RH5.2) and compiled that. I was concerned that this would just
open more cans of worms to deal with, but it turned out to be really simple
to get it going with Jserv.
