Actually, Jon doesn't need to reply at all. He goes out of his way to answer a
large number of requests on this and other listservers. His answers may be
terse at times but he always points you to where you can discover the
information that you need. I don't see how he has time to answer as many
questions as he does. It would be a full time job if he answered each question
in detail.
