Hi,

Why not comparing CGI vs servlets ? (JSP is slower, and considering its
capabilities I think is more fair to compare it with ASP)
Is there an web resource containing that article?
Can't give a better answer without more details.
(What win32 envionment was exactly, versions of jserv, apache
 server, and so on..)
