Thanks for the help.

I had thought that it was running before and tried accessing pages
through the browser, using "http://localhost:8080/ ...etc" but I could not
get a single page found.    That's when I ctrl-c ended the batch and got
the other errors.

Also, I may have given the wrong impression.  I only have 1 jdk on my
machines.  1.3 on my 95 machine and 1.2 on my NT machine.  Each
machine only has only has one version running and only one Jave.exe
and JRE.exe.
