>Hi, just a simple question. Can anyone recommend to me a good book on servlets,
one that covers the greatest scope?
>
>Thanks in advance.

If you are like me one book never is enough, I own:

1) Java Servlet Programming by Jason Hunter (*)

2) Developing Java Servlets by James Goodwill (**)

3) Java Servlets by Karl Moss (2nd Ed) (***)

4) Professional Java Server Programming by Danny Ayers et al. (****)

5) Inside Servlets, Server-Side Programming for the Java Platform by Dustin R.
      Callaway (*****)

* time for a second edition?

** best bang for the buck and I don't like Sam's books

*** good intro book but get the 2nd ed.

**** I really like the WROX books.

***** weak or intro level, 4 chapters before I saw anything I didn't already
know. Although if people read Ch11-15 this list would be less congested!
