Problem may be consist in the path to servlet.
I don't know which server you used, but as a rule servlets locale in the
"servlets" directory
but in Exception is not its.
>"127.0.0.1/FileReadServlet"
> servlet = new URL(webBase, "/FileReadServlet");
Trace it URL.
