We've recently developed a web based application..
..using HTML,Java Servlets, JDK1.2 on JWS1.1.3.
The Presentation Layer comprises the HTMLs.
The Business Logic layer comprises the Java Servlets
and other Java classes for server-side computations.
The DB Layer consists Java classes which use the
JDBC-ODBC bridge for DataBase transactions.
If such an application has to make use of XML, where
will it be ? Or in other words HOW/WHERE CAN WE
INCORPORATE XML IN THIS APPLICATION ? What are
the base s/w requirements for including XML ?
Any info in this regard would be immensely
helpful for us.
