Right, but I can't actually see your configuration or your permissions on
files. You obviously have a permission problem, but unless you post the
permissions on all of your files, then there is little I can do to help. I'm
not going to try to guess what all your permissions are. I have no idea of
what "little" is that you have changed.

Here is some standard text that I stole from someone...
