include this also in the class path
c:<path to>src
because javax package is inside src directory.

incude the following line in autoexec.bat file
set classpath=.;$classpath;c:\jdk1.2.2\lib\tools.jar;c:<path to >jsdk.jar
and restart your computer. This will solve your problem.
