What that usually means is that you have another application bound to the
port that Tomcat is trying to use.  The default port for Tomcat is 8080.

You can change this by editing the conf/server.xml file in your Tomcat
installation directory.  Look for the section <Connector>, you will need to
change the port value to another port.

after i unzip the tomcat file, try to run the tomcat using this command
'bin/startup.sh'
It shows me some error
 "FATAL java.net.BindException: address already in use"
