U can also try this
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.0/
Download the jakarta-tomcat-4.0.exe and click on it.It will do
everything by itself and you will find Tomcat in startmenu from where
you can start and stop Tomcat.
