We started out playing around with MicroTrash Access for some quick and
dirty prototypes. We used the following as a JDBC-ODBC bridge:
"sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver". As we progressed, we ran into major
problems and quickly abandoned MS Access & went to ORACLE. I won't swear to
it but last time I checked, MS Access would not port to a Solaris Box. The
rules might have changed since then, but I would still bet that the .mdb
will not work on a SUN Box.
Good Luck
