I followed these links, but was redirected to xml.apache.org where evidently
the SOAP project has been moved.  I could find no reference to TcpTunnelGui
either there, or anywhere else back at the alphaworks site.

A search for TcpTunnelGui on AltaVista also turned up nothing.

Any other thoughts?
