Hi:
Since you use the Websphere as your Web Application Server, its datasource
has already embedded connection pooling into its Servlet Engine. Look at the
book "IBM WebSphere Starter Kit" (Ron Ben-NaTan...), page 342 - page 350.
There are couple of examples with detail explanations.
