yeah i did get that one. but at that time i couldnt
use SQL Plus either. i later found out that the NT
service is not starting because of some authorization
problem. so i have changed my Oracle TNS listner
service to log on as user account(Administrator) in NT
rather than Local system. and when the service started
i did'nt have any problem running my servlets and
JSP's.
I dont know how far this is help ful but i DID found
out that this particular error was from Oracle and had
nothing to do with my servlet.
