Did you try the xml tools from IBM you can get it from
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/xml
and with webservices
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/wsde
and a toolkit
http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/xmitoolkit
and many other tools there.
It's all free to download and use and has it's quality(for free!!)
