There are 2 books, one's the original and the other's
the 2nd edition. The 2nd edition is the one with the
Servlet/JSP combination code:

Thanks for the tip, but I'd rather avoid that type of
URL/image reference as it's a bit dodgy, I've come up
with an acceptable solution below.

I've not looked at the source of the Chapter yet, but
I put the WAR into webapps and figured from that it's
probably easier to pass the function/page as a
parameter rather than a virtual path (and it doesn't
mess up the paths for the images, etc).

For Info, if anyone is having url issues, the <base
href="xyz"> HTML tag will change the base page href,
so might help for your situation (although not for
mine).
