It depends on how much bandwidth you are looking for.
You can go with ADSL, SDSL, Frame relays, dedicated T1s etc.
Realistically speaking, if bandwidth is a constraint,
then just put your own server at any ISP (most of them
rent rack space) and install whatever servlet engine you
want in your server.
