Hmm, why don't you call it as a relative link like usual?

A  <FORM Action="/servlet/helloWorld"> should do the job much better
than your approach. Beside this, your Action lacks the protocol, if
for any reason I cannot guess you really have to use the absolute
address, you have to specify the fully qualified URL like this:

<FORM Action=http://"; + ipOfTheServer + "/servlet/helloWorld">

By the way, you can determine the ip address of an DNS-known Server
with this snippet:

     ip = InetAddress.getByName("www.asdfg.com").getHostAddress();
