Go to the following URL:   http://setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/unix.html

and look for the line:   i386-winnt-cmdline.exe  about halfway down the
page

Click on one of the download sites (1-4).  There is no installation.
What you get IS the seti@home command line client for win 9x, ME, NT,
2K. Just copy it to your Seti directory and run it. Remember to delete
the state.sah file if it's an existing directory.

You can get to this page from the SETI home page by clicking "Download
SETI@home " then "text-only version".
