Yes, the p2 350 is still quite a bit faster than the amd k6-2 450, with the
350 on professional, and the 450 on server.
just to be clear, the 450 has always been much faster on 98, and both nt 4
wkstation and server...the 350 was on 98 up until now when it went to
professional...that;s when it took off..

priority's are at default on both systems
possibly the server is prioritizing "server" type functions, or the server is
doing more things. I took a look and found when "idle" the 350 is running 24
tasks...and the 450 is running 42 processes.
I'm not sure what the difference is, if any, between a process and a task,
but I'd like to know.
The acid test will be next week I hope to get a few to set up a 2kpro
partition on the 450...i'm expecting it to take off and blow by the 350, as
it usually does on all other o/s's.
